Tasting notes : Colour : Intense ruby red. Aroma : Powerful yet elegant with notes of spices and red fruits. Taste : Smooth, persistent tannins which reflect the complexity of this wine, round, soft and full with a lengthy finish.
Aging potential : 5 to 6 years.
Percentage of alcohol : 12%.
Serving : Ideal with meats in sauce and drier cheeses.

Terroir	Clay-chalk ; pebbly.
Grape varieties	Grenache noir, Carignan, Syrah (Shiraz) and Mouvèdre.
Winemaking	Traditional fermantation on the skins for approximateky 12 days. The grenache and syrah (shiraz) wines are vinified together.
